With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I AM ENJOYING HAVING USE OF THE PDF FILLER.COM
Back in the day we needed a typewriter to fill-in the boxes. But, today, it is a must have to fill-in the boxes on various forms with the pdf filler and be able to complete your business work. I just love having this program to help me get my work completed!

The ability to create drop down boxes. Easy to make changes.

Unable to copy and paste drop down boxes, and would prefer that the drop down menu goes away after making a selection.

Application is predictable and user…
Application is predictable and user friendly, easy to handle. Most forms available within the website or easily finds them. Now when I need a form or fill one of mine documents I know is a done deal. Highly recommend PDFfiller.

This program is the best viewer and editor of PDF files that I found online and free.
It is a utility or extension that we can add to our chrome browser to open directly from
our inbox, those files with PDF format, without the need to invest great efforts
in downloading and installing heavy programs that deal with that work. I mean, it's so light that its discharge is super fast.
Once the extension is installed I must refresh myself mail, I believe that this
work should do directly the inclusion process of the extension in chrome. It is
hardly a detail if we compare it with the great advantages that this product offers us.

What I really like about the program is…
What I really like about the program is that we have a lot of issues and it was able to handle them all! My husband plays music at church which is a standard business. He is opening an LLC which we need to do several forms which most places do not handle including the 1120s, the k1, and so many others. The pdfFiller has handled them all!

Phenomenal Customer Service
Due to the pandemic, like a lot of people I was forced to work from home. My employer doesn't adequately support us in this task and so one day as a matter of urgency I started the free pdfFiller trial for a month. I set a reminder to cancel my subscription but I didn't complete the cancellation. When the annual subscription fee was taken from my bank account I was devastated, it's a deduction I couldn't afford and my employer would not reimburse me. The team at pdfFiller were amazing. They ensured I successfully cancelled the subscription and they also processed a refund. The speed of response was phenomenal, their empathy towards someone who genuinely could not afford the subscription was so appreciated. Their customer service is like nothing I have experienced before. Keep up the great work.

I am very impressed with the customer service. When I was charged for a years subscription after my free trial, which I queried immediately, I received a full refund within the hour with no quibble.

I recently saw a charge for a PDF filling service, and I had no memory of signing up for it. December 2020 has not been a picnic for me. I reached out to customer service, and ******* handled it from beginning to end. She even works to get things done when I was not able to get her all the information she needed, due to unfortunate events going on in my life. They have reverse the charges. I don't know if this product works or not, but I do know that their customer service team does or very well if you are patient and persistent with them. That's rare for any product. So, they get five stars from me.
