So far so good. I don't know why when I add pictures it doesn't come through in the email. Plus, I don't know how to edit a form once I've completed it.

I am very impressed at the features, especially being able to combine pdf files and edit files. I find navigating to and from the 'My Forms' area a bit clunky. The 'save as' feature takes forever to achieve, too many steps for a file that is already created. For my business, it would be a huge benefit to be able to print out a confirmation page when my faxes have been sent and received. I like to keep such confirmations with the files as proof. All in all, I love the program and am thankful for such a convenient and manageable product.

I love being able to use PDFfiller. It sure makes completing forms much easier and quicker than printing them and writing forms out.
Some forms are not able to be saved after filling them in. They save blank. I have to download the form and then save it to a file.

The ability to find and fill out form not available other wise.
Some searches turn up rather strange results.

How long after settlement do I get the keys?
Post- settlement Once settlement is complete, the agent will release the keys to the buyer. The process can take a few hours after settlement has occurred, so it's advisable to ring ahead and make sure keys are ready to be released before going in.
Do you get keys on settlement day?
It's usually paid on the settlement date. The title to the property won't be transferred to your name until you have paid this duty. Once settlement is completed, you can collect the keys from the agent and take possession of the property. It's time to move into your new home at last.
Do you move in on settlement day?
If you are buying a property, try to move in the day after settlement. And if you are selling a property, aim to organize your revivalists to arrive the day before settlement. The extra day will allow you to thoroughly check and clean your home before you move in or move out.

What happens on settlement day? On settlement day, at an agreed time and place, your settlement agent (solicitor or conveyance) meets with your lender and the seller's representatives to exchange documents. They organize for the balance of the purchase price to be paid to the seller.
