Overall a great product. My only qualm with the software is the picture quality of the pages displayed when a user is selecting pages to "save as." The images are not clear enough for anyone to distinguish pages. A zoom function would be much appreciated.

No issues once I contacted the support department who answered my questions. I understand that you are in business to make money on a service. I just felt it was costly for a piece of paper or two that would cost me 10. Cents at a FedEx or Office Max type business.

Is Photonotice legal?
Although red light camera tickets have been banned in 26 states, a recent California Supreme Court case has ruled red light traffic tickets are constitutional in California (People v. Goldsmith).
Are photo enforced tickets legal?
If you're like many California drivers who have been cited by a red light camera, you may wonder if they're even legal. Unfortunately, the answer is yes. Fortunately, because these cameras are so inaccurate, the state has stipulations on what does and does not constitute an enforceable ticket.
What happens if you don't pay photo enforced ticket?
While you receive a ticket in the mail, there's not much the local government can do if you don't actually pay it. Generally, points aren't added to your license and a Failure to Appear (FTA) arrest warrant will not be issued. However, as Todd found out, it's still not a good idea to ignore these fines.
Are photo traffic tickets enforceable?
Yes, they must be properly served, and under the requirements of the applicable law. A mailed notice of violation is not going to constitute proper service. But, that does not mean that the camera ticket is not enforceable. So, the legislature immediately fixed that, and camera tickets became enforceable.
Do you have to pay a photo enforcement ticket?
According to California law, a citation can only be issued for a red light camera violation if there is a clear picture of both the driver and the license plate. Not all red light camera tickets require action on your part or come with penalties for not paying a fine.

Yes, you can still ignore L.A.'s red-light camera tickets with little consequence, says Southern California attorney Mark A. Gallagher. L.A. County Superior Court spokeswoman Mary Here says that, technically, you'll be on the hook for $300 if you ignore your red-light camera ticket.
