I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. Excellent application, saves money as you don't have to buy additional software to edit PDFs.
Thank goodness for PDFfiller, when you need to fill out PDF forms. Adobe Acrobat forces you to buy additional software to edit PDFs, but with PDFfiller, you can do it for free! It's easy to use, as all you need to do it drag and drop your document, then download it onto your computer or email it to yourself.
I would be concerned about security, as this is an online application.

The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields...

sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.

How do I add text to a PDF in bulk?
Select the PDF documents you want to batch fill and edit. You can choose multiple files by holding down the Ctrl key (or Command key on Mac) and clicking on each document. Once you have selected the PDF documents, click on the 'Batch Fill & Edit' button. This will open the batch fill and edit interface.
