Using iPhone to complete apps and send out for signature.. Had some glitches.. Wasn't able to select or choose (full access or sign only option for recipients. The screen shut down too quickly each time and 'disappeared before I could actually select.

The program is easy to use for searching for forms or updating my own documents. The program is easy to understand and use. It is intuitive for anyone used to editing documents or creating forms. I would prefer better opportunities to edit changes while in the same document. It can be challenging to erase and re-enter information.

duplicate pages I like being able to duplicate pages, that was super helpful. It was easy to add the text boxes where I needed them. The only trouble is in downloading the document to my regular google drive. Wish that was more straight forward.

Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. Kara and some others were so great in helping me learn to do that. They were so patient and courteous! It was a pleasure to work with them as I am not computer savvy! Very speedy response time! I work for a Charity and did not cancel my subscription in time. However, true to their word, pdfFiller responded to my request to refund (didn't have the correct form I needed) within an hour. I was really impressed and very grateful that they will refund this charge. Even though I didn't use them, I would definitely recommend them. They came across as quite honourable which makes a change these days...

Overall pleased, have a bit to learn for my use which is limited home tasks. I believe that initial access problems are resolved. I am sure that I could more easily accomplish the basic tasks that I have for PDF. Not pressing and I can fumble my way thru it.

What do you like best? I like that PDF Filler is user friendly and it's easy to navigate. I love that I can create a template and then just fill in what I need to for each customer and we can send them a form digitally for them to sign. What do you dislike? Occasionally customer's take a while to sign a document because they think it is spam. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to use program. Creat templates you can use over and over which is great! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a fast, easy way to be able to send documents for our customers to sign without having to sign in person. We have also been able to streamline some of our processes better by using PDF Filler to create documents.

Not your fault Not your fault, but I need my "original signature" on the form for the form to be accepted. I was sooo excited that, during this whole COVID-19 isolation I could get this document notarized here! Ugh... Ridiculous. I may try it anyway as the delay in getting this done the way their website says they want it will be more ridiculous after my quarantine....hmmmm
