It has a lot of features to available learn and the support is awesome! It's a little time consuming to learn on my own though but again if I can't find what I'm looking for on the videos or the help I email customer service and they respond within an hour or two and I'm back rolling.

I have a Google Chrome Book and work with a lot of documents that don't format correctly in Google Docs. This was the perfect solution for me to be able to work with all my documents and not have to buy a new computer!

Make your life easier and less stressful - fill out word docs/PDFs without stressing out about scanning or printing.
pdfFiller is an incredible alternative to the usual expectation of printing out pdf documents, signing them by hand, and scanning them back into the computer for an email. It allows me to be able to quickly fill out word docs or pdf docs without the extra stress of typing between the lines and the remote signature option is the best part. It's a great option and I really appreciate being able to use it.

Writing this though cause their support is swift and reasonable.
I accidentally left my subscription running for 3 months after just using the free trial for 1 PDF edit.
After 1 email they refunded all 3 payments without making me jump through hoops.

What do you like best?
I am never going to read instructions so it was great how this software is intuitive and you can begin work right away. The customer service is absolutely the best I have ever encountered. Super supportive, super polite and super efficient. Would I recommend it, duh.......1000%!!!

Free not so Free
Easy to use and alter forms to fit my needs. Was disappointed that it seemed to be free until you get to the end and you have to pay. Thankfully there was the option of the 30 day free trial.

The NC OTP was a perfect match and was all that we needed to get the buyer and seller on the same page. Although it wasn't used by the attorneys it could have easily been used since it was identical to the one they used.

What does ms4 stand for?
MS4 is short for, Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System, where the word Municipal refers to a unit of local government like a borough or a township, but may also refer to an organization responsible for the administration of a developed area.

An MS4 is a conveyance or system of conveyances that is: owned by a state, city, town, village, or other public entity that discharges to waters of the U.S., designed or used to collect or convey stormwater (e.g., storm drains, pipes, ditches), not a combined sewer, and.
What is ms4 compliance?
Program evaluations of Municipal Separate Stormwater Sewer Systems (MS4) are being conducted to determine permitted compliance with NODES permit requirements and to evaluate the implementation status of EPA's stormwater regulations.
Who needs a ms4 permit?
A Small MS4 must obtain an NODES permit only in two situations: if it (1) is within a Census- designated urbanized area or (2) has been designated by the permit authority as requiring a permit.
