I like it- does what it says- easy to fill in a form. My local authorities keep changing their forms so everytime we spend a long time converting them to word files for editing, they become obsolete! Now, we just work with this weeks form and it doesn't matter if they change the layout! Perfect- no more time wasting with forms!

I'm happy with it for the most part. I think it's BS that you allow the eraser to be used on the 1st document and only when the customer goes to use it again, do you mention that it's an upgrade is bad business!!!!!! There's another issue but at the moment it escapes me.

Mostly good - had a little difficulty when the app decided I could only answer 1 category when I needed to respond to all 5 subcategories of a question. Also, messed with the date - it changed to a different format.

I have had a great experience with PDF Filler. Being a computer novice however, some things were not quite as easy to find as I needed. I asked for assistance though and received it immediately. Great team !

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! Pdffiller has by far the best support team that I have ever experienced. They can be contacted day or night to help resolve any problem or question I have had. They are fast and provide answers promptly. They even send links or videos to show you how to solve the problem.
