I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.

Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. Easy PDF completion app
Overall from what I've used, this has been a really great way to complete and sign documents.
I liked that you can basically fill out forms but digitally. Everything is digital these days and instead of having to download and do a bunch of cumbersome steps to complete a document, you can do it straight from the app. It's much easier and cleaner.
I wish you could edit things and make changes. If you need something changed you'd have to contact the other party and have it changed then resent. But even so it's not that big a deal and it's still a great software.

we have accidentally deleted some forms and we couldn't find it, but our overall experience is great
easy to create a fillable forms and let our clients to fill
need to pay upgrade to get certain function, like just directly download the filled form from my clients

Took a bit of time to understand how to get the form I needed each time.

Hands down the best pdf editor period. I was able to white out and edit my document. No other application has given me this ability and it saved me so much time.

Just retired and found several entities I need to work with to get all my personal business done still require faxing and filling out lots of documents. pdfFiller has help me out immensely with the modification of scanned documents and the ability to fax them...
