My only disappointment with PDFfiller was that I did not know it was a subscription based service since I clicked through a google link to a specific form. This program was a lifesaver while trying to apply for jobs and fill out rental applications out of state. I'm sure there are free ones out there but this was so easy to use and had every feature I needed. It has truly been invaluable. I had one document that wouldn't open and with one click I had it sent off to tech support who replied within 2 minutes and I was filling it out in under 10 minutes. Very happy and would recommend to anyone!

I was nice to fill-out a PDF form in type.
Easy to use. Helpful with PDF form filling. Much more professional to submit a form in type to a city administration.
It was a bit expensive for a short time need of 1-2 months. We only needed it for submittal of forms to a city administration.

I wish there were more tools to help edit, such as cropping a document or resizing

It usually takes a while or is difficult to edit a document, but with PdfFiller, it's easier and faster. I can take a form I often use, and instead of entering the information every time, I can change the date

I mislead them on my intentions for the service level that I required. Once I brought it to their attention, I answered 3 questions; and the matter was immediately resolved. Outstanding customer service comms. !!!
