It took a while to get used to and I had to have several chats with tech support over several weeks. I subscribed, but I still ended up with a free account that I had to get them to delete. I had to check my login box to ensure I was in my subscription account.

What do you like best?
All the functions have served me well but.the one I used the most is the fax option. I recently started using PDf fillable now that I'm completely online as it help for those clients that do not have access to printers, scanners or fax machines

That I can not save it as a template and upload it to my cloud service

Your product is excellent and if you could scrap the 30 days free trial and create a subscription for 1 week or 2 weeks access for under 2pounds and also give referral bonuses, I think it would be profitable for you.

Can a foreigner incorporate in the US?
Generally, there are no restrictions on foreign ownership of a company formed in the United States. The procedure for a foreign citizen to form a company in the US is the same as for a US resident. It is not necessary to be a US citizen or to have a green card to own a corporation or LLC.
How do you start a business in the US as a non-resident?

Yes, a non-US citizen can start a company in the States. Of course, if you are going to open an office in the US, you should form your business in the state where you'll have an office. To form a corporation, you have to file formation documents with the state government.

When there is a foreign partner in an LLC, that partner must have a US Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN). Regardless of immigration status, the United States will allow foreigners to form a company as long as they have registered for a Taxpayer Identification Number.
