Love the ease of use.
I would highly recommednd this product to any business person.
Initially, I was hesistant because learning new software is always my dread. However, once I signed on it was so easy. Makes daily document updates and creations easy. I can always find an Accord form I needed with this as well. And edit of pdfs are no longer an avoidance.
Sometimes there is a delay from screen to screen. But nothing to really complain about.

Best customer service ever
Best customer service ever! I accidentally signed for a year and it cost me an amount of money I can't afford (it doesn't seem much, but when your local currency is way behind USD, it greatly hurts your wallet). After reaching Rachel on pdfFiller's customer service team, they not only refunded me but also waived a month of free access. I couldn't be happier of using it! How long is a reasonable time for your employer to produce records after you have requested them?
The medical record for each employee must be preserved and maintained for at least the duration of employment plus 30 years, unless a specific occupational safety and health standard provides a different period of time.
How often must your employer inform you of your right to access and the availability of exposure and medical records?
Analyses using medical or exposure records for at least 30 years. What if I go out of business? Notify current employees at least 3 months before the business closes of their right to access their records.
What is the goal of OSHA's regulation on access to exposure and medical records?
”Purpose.” The purpose of this section is to provide employees and their designated representatives a right of access to relevant exposure and medical records. And to provide representatives of the Assistant Secretary a right of access to these records in order to fulfill responsibilities under the Occupational Safety
How long does an employer have in order to notify employees of their exposures after receiving exposure assessment results?
If you are exposed to lead and air sampling is performed, your employer is required to notify you in writing within 5 working days of the air monitoring results which represent your exposure.
How long does OSHA require medical records to be kept?
Background data related to environmental, or workplace, monitoring or measuring such as laboratory reports and worksheets must only be retained for 1 year, so long as you preserve certain interpretive documents relevant to the interpretation of the data for 30 years.

To comply with government regulations. The new OSHA health standard, “Access to Employee Exposure and Medical Records,” provides for access by employees, their designated representatives, and OSHA to medical and exposure records of employees exposed to toxic substances or harmful physical agents.
How long does a business have to keep time cards?
You must keep all payroll records for at least three years, according to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLEA). And, you need to keep records that show how you determined wages for two years (e.g., time cards that comply with FLEA timekeeping requirements).
