Anna was very knowledgeable and told us what we needed to know regarding privacy on PDFfiller. It's a safe platform to use. You can work on a form for a client and then they have ways for them to import it into their own PDFfiller account. Without you having to worry about getting into their data! Don't quite understand how it works as I am not a computer person except to do genealogy, and write.
One cannot operate a computer without it. At least this is what I'm finding out.
It all seems automatic, I would like to know more about it's function, Why's and what-fores, instead of just logging on and it appears. All I know is that it is a major function for downloading photographs and some documents. There should be a tutorial offered to those who are senior citizens and so many things are automatic.
It takes understanding its function to a non-software-computer person. Guess more instruction would help.

If you ever happen to chat with Support for a technical issue --- Hope you get ****.**** worked with me for nearly and hour trying to figure out why my form got skewed.I shared out my screen with him -- he diligently and carefully figured out the problem and got it fixed.Saved the day!Kudos to ****!!

What do you like best?
The ability to send a link via email or text to allow a client to sign a document makes things a breeze! I also like having an "encrypted" folder that's password protected for my access only.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really that I currently dislike about the online software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a very affordable alternative to DocuSign or any other "Send to Sign" type of software, this one takes the cake!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have access to Law documents vs. having to google something for a layout where I can save it & populate the information I need from my data.
