I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. Really helps me with any random form that comes my way. I hated printing out, filling out by hand and scanning. This keeps it simple and discreet! Easy to get people to fill out forms, too.

Very easy system to use and user…
Very easy system to use and user friendly. The only suggestion I would make is being able to scan documents and then being able to combine them into 1 pdf file not having it as a zip file.

Super easy to use and if you need tech support they are there for you.
Its very easy to use and very informative. A couple of clicks and you are done. Tech support is great as well!

Enjoyable and functional.
Ease of use, functionality, and security features. I like the automatic lock out for the encryption and I enjoy the accuracy in identifying areas that need to be filled out.
That I cannot move folders within folders under the encrypted area. I would like to be able to drag folders into other folders. I would also like to merge more than 5 documents at a time.

Easy to use. I would like a feature to more easily type in info on blanks on pdfs. Text boxes are clumsy and it is easier to just handwrite the date.

Finally! A way for me to fill things out properly without printing!
I am very happy so far with this experience because not only does it allow me to fill out pdf's online and not waste paper and look unprofessional, it allows me to CREATE a pdf in the exact manner that I want it to look. I will use it for some of my professional documents on a regular basis!

I like that I don not have to decide…
I like that I don not have to decide how big the text box needs to be, it does it automatically. I use it for work to fill out my time sheets or edit PDF files and it works like a charm.
