We love how easy this system is to use for all of our real estate transaction documents. Very easy to navigate on a PC / MAC on a great app for your phone! When on the go we find it very easy to upload a contract document to make changes or to obtain a signature. I also use the program to edit any items for personal use as well. I find using the system helps me integrate school documents for my children. It is a great addition to anyone who owns a business and is looking for a nice way to conduct business at home or on the go! I highly recommend the app to anyone and find it very helpful. Definitely put the app on your mobile device! It work fantastic!

It was fairly easy to find my way around the website. Everything that you need it's all right there and you don't have to search and find what ever it is that needed to get your documents completed and able to send

The filling of the spaces in blank when there are squares are a bit tedious. One has to center the square and it is not always neat and aligned with the other characters one enters. It is slow.

How are columns made?
Modern columns tend to be made of iron, steel, or concrete and are simply designed. An engaged, attached, or embedded column is one that is built into a wall and protrudes only partially from it. This type of column came to serve a decorative rather than structural purpose in the Roman pilaster.

Whilst some stone columns were carved in one piece, as buildings became bigger, columns began to be constructed from separate drums. These were individually carved and fitted together using a wooden dowel or metal peg in the center of the drum.
What are columns used for in construction?
There are several types of columns which are used in different parts of structures. Column is a vertical structural member that carry loads mainly in compression. It might transfer loads from a ceiling, floor slab, roof slab, or from a beam, to a floor or foundations.
How are stone columns made?
Stone column ground improvement involves adding vertical columns of stone into the ground to a depth of at least 4 m below the ground surface. A layer of compacted gravel can then be put over the top of the columns, ready for the construction of new house foundations.
How did the Romans make columns?
In very grand buildings, like the Pantheon or the various imperial baths, columns were often carved from a single block of stone. Any fluting would be carved into the column once it was erected. Column capitals were carved before being placed. Additionally, the Romans often used plaster to mimic more expensive stone.

Like most ground improvement techniques, stone columns are used to reduce settlement and increase load-bearing capacity. They also accelerate soil consolidation as a result of the drainage capacity of the granular materials within the columns which act as pore or water pressure evacuation points.
