I experienced quite a steep learning curve. Meaning, the directions I would have found easier to follow would be in steps...step 1, then step two, etc. In other words, the program was really user friendly to first time user.

I'm not much of a typer so the only real thing i can see that bugs me is that on CONTINUATION SHEET INSPECTOR GENERAL ACTION REQUEST (DA 1559) it will not auto go to the next line it brakes up words at the end of the line so i found myself spending a good amount of time looking back to make sure that i started a word that would have not fit at the end and ended up broke in 2. I just got this and still learning so if there is a setting that i have yet to find i'm sorry about that

Had a problem with being unable to save a document. However Sam
on the chat line was very helpful (although we could not recover it) and suggested changing the input from javascript to 'flash'. I have now managed to save it.

Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. Amazing customer support
I had to contact customer support because I, out of my own negligence, got charged for one of their products. They were extrememly helpful and resolved the issue, even though they had no reason to do so (except sympathy). Extremely nice customer support. Definitely recommend.
