While some features are good. Your singular home pkge should offer a bit more to earn five star rating. I rated just 4 stars. Erasing feature is a must to easily remove already written info, comes to mind.....

I did not like the fact that when you decided to make it a service that charges you money, there was no warning. It forced you to pay if you wanted to keep your documents. I'm past that now and I am really ENJOYING it now that I am a paying customer.

The ability to create a document, upload a document, search and find document files, edit, and then fax or email to anyone anywhere right from the convenience of your laptop anywhere in the world. All documents created are saved in your account for return access, and activities (fax, email and receipts for delivery) are also recorded and saved.
What do you dislike?
So far I have not discovered something I do not like. I have uploaded, created, searched for online documents to use, and both faxed and e-mailed documents without an issue.

No need to hunt for a fax service / company; no need to leave where I am at to go fax a document; can work and send documents in the middle of the night right from home or while on the road; have been able to search and find online documents and upload into account for editing use; easy to share documents via PDFiller; you can send documents to anyone with an e-mail address - your recipient does not need to leave their laptop either!

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! Pdffiller: All in one pdf editor
PDFfiller is the most easiest application to create or edit a pdf document.
We can get all the services related to PDF under one roof. We can add a perfect esignature using PDFfiller. Best PDF converter to word file or excel. No need to install any programs to edit PDF.
Pdf filler not support all languages. Doing Page setup and page formatting are little hard. There is no proper backup available for unsaved documents.

Easiest way to send contracts
We use this for business contracts in the wedding industry. At first, it was not easy to receive contracts back but with upgrading our account that has become easier.

Sometimes it is confusing where the contracts end up once filled. Having to pay extra for certain capabilities isn't feasible for a small startup business

The best software for creating fillable forms
Overall using PDF filler has been an awesome experience, It has been really easy to use and it has allowed to reduce the amount of paper in the office.
PDF filler is just great for any office, every day we are going for a much paperless way of working and being able to send fillable pdf forms makes this much easier.
Sometimes when creating the forms I'm having issues when placing boxes, because they sometimes don't line up where I want them to go.
