As far as I have been using it it looks nice, the only problem that I found was when I choose to convert my pdf into a word document some letters and format change or is missing.

I just started to use PDFfiller and like the ease of completing pdfs, and logical flow of the app! Also love the send fax feature although while it seemed to work well from the desktop app, it seemed to hang when faxing from my galaxy Note 4 (just kept spinning and I had to force stop the app)-- will have to try faxing more to see if it was a device or app issue.

The "Next" button seems to be getting in the way. Maybe having the next blank fill-in space highlighted would be more user-friendly.
The primary IRS form I filled out had a neat feature for checking boxes. The Schedules (A, B, O) I filled out I had to type "x" in the box. Not a big deal, but ...

It took me a bit to figure it out. Your guide was confusing and l tried to read it but l didn't find it helpful but l did figure it out on my own. I was fine after that.

I had some trouble learning to use it and directions aren't consistent. Your Help area tends to be more sales pitch on what can be done in a field with no directions. I'm very grateful for availability of the service though I'll drop it once I have my house sold in a few months

I feel like being able to do this (fill in forms) is almost a miracle. But like with most good things you have to practice, which I will be happy to do. Thank you.
I am about to try a "big" project: i.e. preparing a Pre-printed PDF format Quit Claim Deed. If PDFfiller doesn't work I will have to invest in a typewriter. I'll update this again if I can when I have finished.

My experience with PdfFiller was great. I use PdfFiller as a cloud storage for backup files, in addition I can multitask by retrieving signed documents and save them in my signed doc. file for later.

Amazing product
Amazing product, absolutely wonderful people to work with as well. Amazing integrity as a company. Been billed 2 times by auto renewal when we didn't require the product and they credited within hours instead of using it as a gotcha to make $$ like most other companies.

How does fax confirmation work?
When the receiving fax machine sends a confirmation signal, the sending fax machine prints a confirmation page. As a backup, most fax machines keep logs of the time, date, number of pages, and success status of any fax transmissions.
How do you confirm a fax?
Press Menu. Press the Up or Down arrow key to choose Fax and press OK. Press the Up or Down arrow key to choose Report Setting and press OK. Press the Up or Down arrow key to choose Transmission or EMIT Report and press OK. Press the Up or Down arrow key to choose the option you prefer. Off. Press OK. Press Stop/Exit.
What does fax confirmation mean?
A confirmation report is a document confirming that your faxes were sent and received. Many fax machines and services automatically generate confirmation reports. Follow these steps to receive verification for any faxes you transmit. Choose your faxing device.
How long does a fax confirmation take?
For documents that contain mostly text it usually takes approximately 1 minute per page for the document to be delivered.
