No r al complaints. Did find out that the forms in your database that I was interested had been superceeded by new forms back in Jan of 2016 a year ago. This meant I had to downloaded ad new forms t fill out. You could strive to be more up to date.

IT'S BETTER THAN DOCUSIGN I like that you can send to other to sign just like docusign. You can also fill in the blanks. You can share the info and even print. Also is not too pricey. What I don't like is, when I send to multiple signers anyone can sign even on my signature. I wish they'd allow set signatures per person so that folks won't get confused .

Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future!
