The only issue I have is that old documents that I thought would be saved are not. That is my issue, however, and not yours. Everything else is great.

I had a problem printing a draft of a form. "Blocked plug-in".
Had a chat with Paul on the site, and followed his suggestions for a fix.
Then was able to print the form. I am a new user and have yet to make changes to the form and print it.

I really like the application a lot. I am finding the fact that you do not have a field value setting which comes in handy for allowing a Check Mark to have a Value and Calculate costs based on Check Marks or Drop Down Menus. I also would love a copy and paste a single field, this comes in handy for repetitive drop down menus. Prepopulating a field from an earlier field value would be great in helping people not have to enter same information more than once.

I am glad to have this service available. The use is a little awkward ... hard to navigate between pages. Wish it was easier. I do like the ease of accessing and saving documents from the website to my computer.

I love it for the most part. Just wish I could send a document to a person without knowing their email (ex. directly to their Facebook account) with the ability to view and sign not edit the document. Other than that, it's been great!

It's simple and easy. I can pull forms from the internet, email, my desktop, etc and fill them in for a professional look.

The printing process could be laid out a little more simply. It works well; but a little 'clumsy' vs smooth like printing in microsoft products.

Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.

How do you label insect specimens?
Two labels should be placed on the pin below each insect specimen. Both labels should be of the same size and lined up parallel to the length of the body of the insect (not cross-wise). In the case of “pointed” specimens, the labels should be parallel to the length of the point.
How do you pin an insect specimen?
Insert an insect pin through the middle of the thorax (the middle section between the head and abdomen), slightly off-center to the right (Figure 1). Push the pin all the way through the insect's body, then about ½ into the spreading board or another piece of Styrofoam board.
How do you collect insects for a display?
Just put your insects in a bag or jar and freeze them. Keep in mind, if you use a glass jar, condensation will form, possibly harming specimens with scales. If you want to reposition or change a pin in a specimen you will need to moisturize it. Take a jar and place a few cotton balls in the bottom.
How do you kill insects in collections?
Freeze them. Place collected insects inside small Tupperware containers or plastic bags and put them in the freezer for a few hours to kill them. Use a kill jar. This is a special glass jar with Plaster of Paris on the bottom that you saturate with nail Polish remover or some other poison.
How do you kill insects humanely?
Freezing and heating. As discussed in sections on jars and bags, and CO2, freezing is a preferred method of killing insect specimens. Killing jar. Usually in field work, insects are collected into a killing jar. Papered specimens. Alcohol. Boiling larvae and AAD. Freeze drying.
