It is sometimes difficult to understand how to use the different functionalities. Your "how to" guides focus on "push this button, then this" but are not focused on the end product (i.e. " how do you create a XXXX")

Made my life easier by not having to go sign in person. Works very well. I love it I was able to sign pdf forms anf fill in info + sign using my personal laptop. It eould be awsome if I could use your software to process work related activities. It is very user friedly. It works fast and it is impressive how it communicates with my laptops. It works really well for my personal use But not for work. I work for Raytheon, and it could be that a firewall is not letting a full integration for using your wonderful software. I cant use it for work because my company laptop issued to me does not have some software required to process the integration into the work pdf files.

It's been a nice use-friendly experience overall. I like the way pdf found elsewhere could be easily pulled into (uploaded) the program without a glitch. And I really that all my documents are saved into the same system even those docs complete a few years back. I was pleasantly surprised. I would like to continue learning more about all the features your platform is offering. Especially the signing and sending of docs to others. I sincerely sense these is going to be my 'go-to' platform for many of my pdf needs. I need to keep on top & keep up ;).

I purchased a change to my account in error. I purchased a change to my account not knowing I was upgrading to a different service, one I didn't need and that I purchased in error. I immediately contacted pdfFiller and spoke to Kara. I explained my situation, and within minutes, she reverted my account back to the basic service and issued me a refund for the difference. What do you like best? The fact that you can make templates for repeat use. That saves me a lot of time. What do you dislike? The cost is a little high for what I use it for- just doing some monthly billing for a handful of clients. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It saves me time and I have a lot of difficulties filling out insurance forms by hand as the fields are so small.
