Recently I needed to fill out several forms from my mortgage servicer. They emailed the forms in pdf format and wanted them signed and returned same day. I don't have a scanner available so I googled and found PDFfiller. I was able to get my forms filled out, signed, and sent back in a very short time. PDFfiller is very easy to use. After discovering that TurboTax does not have a Mac version for business tax returns, I found PDFfiller and it is a great alternative. It is much more reasonable and includes all the forms needed to file my return.

easy to use and reasonably priced. The only difficulty I had was finding how to get back to the template once I'd done one 1099. There is probably a way to keep my company info for each subsequent form but I didn't find it. I only had a few 1099's so this worked great and will want to use it next year.

The program interface is OK but it could be a little more iterative. A form I was completing for the TSP TP77 and the TP76 did not place the letters and numbers (characters) in the exact center of each box making the document a little harder to read. I know this for sure because I have completed the same document using TSP website filler with the document are available. This would be easy for the company to fix this but they check their forms before making them available.
But the overall online forms filler program works well and saves completed forms easily and has a generous library.

Works great, I have never had a problem.
Easy to fill in forms.
Easy to use. Everything is labeled well so you can find what you need to do quick. The files are always where I need them to be.
I haven't had any problems using this software. There isn't anything bad I can say because I haven't ran into anytjing.

Very helpful
The support system is excellent. I was allowed to converse with an agent within a few seconds. The agent also resolved my query immediately along with suggesting a few options. It was a very good experience.

I had a great experience with Kara at Technical Support. She took control of my screen via Zoom and resolved my problem. I can't say enough good things about her.

Great online chat support!
Support when I've needed it has been great which I can rarely say about most companies these days. While the program tends to be a little cumbersome it works for what I need it to. When I have issues the online chat support has been great an very little wait to get to someone. John resolved my issue over the weekend and Kara fixed the one I had this morning - I really appreciate both their help!
