I am absolutely amazed at the customer service I received today. I accidentally purchased the wrong plan and had messaged these guys to advise and ask if they could put me on the plan I wanted and asked if I could get a refund for the difference that I paid. What made my experience great is that it was simple and easy to use, I had only used docusign once before and decided to try pdfFiller for some court papers that needed electronically signed immediately.
