It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. Great product at a great price w awesome customer support

I really like the application a lot. I am finding the fact that you do not have a field value setting which comes in handy for allowing a Check Mark to have a Value and Calculate costs based on Check Marks or Drop Down Menus. I also would love a copy and paste a single field, this comes in handy for repetitive drop down menus. Prepopulating a field from an earlier field value would be great in helping people not have to enter same information more than once.

What do you like best?
With a lower monthly fee, I can log in and have the capability to use the editing tools to update and sign my files with ease
What do you dislike?
I do wish that notification would go out to my email if or when the website is updating the platform
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
With any update that has adjusted the layout, I have been able to get ahold of customer service for clarification. Although the 24hrs wait for a response is frustrating

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was charged a subscription fee and I didn't understand why, so I contacted the company via chat. The agent that assisted me was amazing!! She totally understood and was very helpful. She was extremely professional. I really expected that this was going to be a very unpleasant experience for me, but it was absolutely pleasant and positive! Thank you! I would give many more stars if I could.

While Pdr Filer is a great tool. Customers should be given some type of training before they use the program. There are many features that are not being utilized because I don't how to they work or that they exist.
