What do you like best?
We love how easy this system is to use for all of our real estate transaction documents. Very easy to navigate on a PC / MAC on a great app for your phone! When on the go we find it very easy to upload a contract document to make changes or to obtain a signature. I also use the program to edit any items for personal use as well. I find using the system helps me integrate school documents for my children. It is a great addition to anyone who owns a business and is looking for a nice way to conduct business at home or on the go! I highly recommend the app to anyone and find it very helpful. Definitely put the app on your mobile device! It work fantastic!

Paul was fantastic
Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. I am extremely grateful to him for resolving this issue.

Used this program to fill out documents while purchasing my house and it was an absolute life saver! I could fill out forms on my breaks at work and being able to use it on my phone was a real asset during covid

How do I add a past due stamp invoice in QuickBooks?
Open an invoice past its due. Select Formatting, then choose Manage Templates. Select the invoice template you want to use and select OK. From the “Company & Transaction Information” section, select Print Past Due Stamp. Select OK.
How do I do a balance forward in QuickBooks?
Go to Sales and select Customers. Find the customer on the list. In the action column, select the small arrow icon, then Create Statement. From the Statement Type drop-down menu, select Balance Forward. Enter the Statement Date, Start Date, and End Date.
How do I add an interest to an invoice in QuickBooks?
Click Sales, then go to the Customers tab. Choose the customer, then look for the past due invoice. Add the interest item in the unused line, then enter the amount. Click Save and close.
How do I add a late fee to an invoice in QuickBooks?
Select the Plus icon (+) on the Toolbar. Under Customers, choose Invoice. Fill out the invoice with the necessary information. From the Product/Service drop-down, choose the finance/service charge or late fee item. Enter the amount of the charge. Select Save and close.

How do I add a finance charge to an invoice in QuickBooks?

How do you calculate finance charges on a past due invoice?
