What do you like best?
I like that the system is user friendly. It makes the paperwork process for our clients easier which helps us win and retain a lot of business.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the system will not allow me to download the forms I've edited. Sometimes there are glitches in the system that prevent us from logging in and saving documents. Sometimes system can be a bit slow, I notice it more in the afternoon where people may use the system more.

PDFfiller! This software overall is really well done. I prefer to use it when compared to other PDF filling software. It is also free, which is even better. This software does all the hard work for you. It recognizes each possible area for text, and understand if there is an area for a diagram/picture/drawing instead. This software gives you multiple different ways to input your signature as well, which is always something I look for when it comes to similar software. Grammarly also works moderately well with this software, if that is something you use. PDFfiller looks very busy. Even though it is relatively easy to use, it can seem daunting when you first start using this software.

Great and simple pdf editor Easily edit, share and secure pdf documents. This is a basic pdf editor that does everything I need. You can edit by adding text, making notes, make tables, add a signature area, etc. It is also very secure and easy to share and collaborate. Even the free version is awesome. It's not the fanciest, smoothest software but it gets the job done. I would like to see the interface beautified a bit.

What do you like best? It is easy to use - quick to navigate, simple to amend pdf documents What do you dislike? Sometimes not compatible with the pdf you upload, so when saved it hasn't accurately filled in the right boxes What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to quickly amend and update documents that clients sends in a pdf format, and also to change into other formats such as word.

The program has completely upped my game from writing business letters, filling out pdfs, faxing important documents - there is no limit to what you can do with a program like PDFFiller. But, what really pulled me in, other than the superb professional look and quality that PDFFiller gives my correspondence, was the help I received when I needed it. For example, I needed help with merging two documents that I needed to fax. I received help via the Chat Box within seconds of asking for assistance. It's like having your own IT team 24 hours a day! I also just found out that outbound faxes are included in the price and, if you want your own inbound fax number, $20.00 a month gets you your own fax number! The list goes on and on. Go to Reports. Under For my Accountant section, choose Transaction Detail by Account or Transaction List by Date. Click Customize button. Go to Row/Columns. Choose Transaction Type under Group by drop-down list. Expand the Filter section. Put a check mark on the following: Transaction Type : Invoices.
Click the “Reports” menu, “Customers & Receivables” and “Open Invoices.” This shows you a list of all unpaid invoices and statement charges by customer and job.
Go to Reports. Choose Report Center. Select Customers & Receivables. Scroll down to the bottom, click Transaction List by Customer.

Open up the “Reports” menu from the top menu bar. Select “Customers & Receivables” from the drop-down menu, and then click “Open Invoices.” Choose the way in which you would like the invoice report sorted.
Go to Lists, and then choose Item List. At the bottom click Item, and choose New. ... Choose Payment as the Type. Name this payment item.
