This tool is AMAZING!!! I've wasted so much time over the years bringing images into Word and overlaying text boxes to accomplish what this tool does SO easily. Thank You! One suggestion: when I click on a document page on the left side of the screen, it would be great if that page opened roughly where I clicked. That is, if I click on the bottom of the page image on the left, it would be great if the page opened with the bottom showing, rather than having to scroll down to the bottom. This would make it the same as Acrobat.

love learning everything. Problem with sending multiple pages in one email to have signed. Problems with getting the signature from the recepient because the codes don't work consistently.

Great Customer Service Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. Zoe replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.

This is an excellent product/service… This is an excellent product/service that was very useful to me, especially because I have a chromebook and can't install windows based pdf editing software. After the trial period, I had a family emergency that caused me to forget to cancel my trial (I love pdf filler but planned to subscribe later when I will need it more) so I was auto charged for the subscription once my trial ended. I contacted support to explain what happened and they responded and resolved my issue within just a few minutes. They were prompt, professional, and understanding. I feel great about the service and customer support that I recieved and plan to subscribe to pdf filler in the near future.
