Easy to use -- several format/file extension options for saving and ability to link with cloud and sharing platforms makes this so versatile. I use the Sign Now that the availability comes with the Platinum pkg. I found that I have to keep resubmitting every document I upload...I have to refresh the page. Every document I send out I have to refresh the page again. I know to clean my cookies and Cache and I still have to refresh.

I love the fact that the clients can sign their documents as we wait instead of looking for an email or having to print it out sign it and then get it back to us.

Life saver. Worked on an assignment for hours only to be unsuccessful, found pdf filler and my assignment was not only a success within less then an hr but presentation was all around better.

It got the immediate job done but there were a few hiccups. I don't particularly like their way text is displayed in the larger fill-in fields. The form I was filling out was very complicated and required numerous references to a "Remarks" section at the end of the form because there was insufficient space with the numbered questions to put complete answers without overwriting onto the next numbered question. Consequently, the Remarks section was filled necessitating a separate attachment to contain all the remarks. In the remarks section, I cross-referenced to the numbered question for clarity, e.g. "Question 12(b)..." When I viewed the form on the screen the formatting looked fine but when it printed, the "Q" in the word Question was on one line and everything else "question 12(b) was on the next line. I would like to know how to avoid that issue in the future.

Très bonne expérience. Au début j'avais un peu de mal mais tout est venu très vite. Je l'utilise essentiellement pour ma paperasse professionnelle avec les administrations lorsque j'ai besoin de signer.Non seulement on fait des économies de papier mais en plus si on n'a pas d'imprimante ou qu'on se trouve sur le mobile ou la tablette on peut utiliser cette application. C'est top !
Pas besoin d'avoir un logiciel qui prend de la place dans l'ordinateur ou autre. Pas de risque de chopper un virus en téléchargeant !Facilité d'utilisation hors normes !
Je ne vois aucun point faible pour le moment. Si c'est le cas j'en ferai part.

PdfFiller has been a Lifesaver
PdfFiller has been a lifesaver! I have a very important legal matter that has a lot of documents that I either have to fill out or submit. All of which either have to be created, modified, filled out, or signed. Since the matter is being handled across the country, its a lot of pressure off me to be able to edit, create, and save these documents.

I had an excellent experience with this service. The product itself was very useful and allowed me to save and send my forms in a variety of formats, as well as esign, add text, dates, Xs, etc. I had an issue this morning with my account due to an error on my end, and was able to use the chat feature, which provided nearly instant support. They fixed the issue and sent me a confirmation email within seconds.

Can I get a 3 bedroom with a 2 bedroom voucher?
If you have a housing voucher, and you can find an apartment within the right rent range, you can just rent it, no matter how many extra bedrooms it has! For example, you can have a two bedroom voucher and rent a three-bedroom apartment as long as it fits within the right price.
Can Section 8 tenant pay more than voucher?
While federal law prohibits you from charging more rent to Section 8 tenants than you would unsubsidized renters, you can charge more than HUD's fair market statistics. Bear in mind, however, that HUD does not allow Section 8 families to spend more than 40 percent of their household incomes on rent and utilities.
What is the maximum rent Section 8 will pay?
The local Housing Authority will determine their payment standard or the maximum amount they are willing to pay for each number of bedrooms. This payment standard will be between 90 and 110 percent of the Fair Market Rent.
Can you go over your Section 8 voucher?
Section 8 vouchers are portable. So, once you receive a voucher, you can take it anywhere in the United States that has a public housing authority which can administer the voucher. You can literally receive a voucher in Mississippi and move to Hawaii with it.
How much is a Section 8 voucher for?
Generally, a family must pay 30% of its income or, at least, $50 for rent and utilities, whichever is higher. The voucher covers the remaining costs, up to a cap, known as a payment standard, set by your PHA. Your PHA will calculate the maximum voucher amount.
What does Section 8 pay for a 3 bedroom?
They've lived there for 2 years with Section 8 paying the bulk of the rent. Now Section 8 tells them that if they moved back into a 2 bedroom, Section 8 would pay up to $790 for them on a 2 bedroom, but if they want to stay in a 3 bedroom, section 8 will only pay up to $472.
What is the most Section 8 will pay?
Under the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program, most tenants will pay 30% of their monthly income. The Public Housing Authority that issued and approved the voucher will pay the landlord the remainder of the rent and utility costs.
How does Section 8 Determine your voucher amount?
Your PHA will calculate the maximum voucher amount. The maximum amount is usually the 30% of a family's monthly adjusted income minus the payment standard OR 30% of monthly adjusted income minus the rent payment, whichever is less.
