The "Draw" tool needs to have an option to match the color on the picture or PDF page so when you're drawing you don't mess up your picture so bad!

How do I add a watermark to all pages in Word?
Go to the Page Layout tab. Click the Watermark button in the Page Background group. Select Custom Watermark (at the bottom of the shortcut menu). Select the Text watermark option. Change the Text field to DRAFT. Click OK.

Why won't my watermark show up on all pages?
Do the following: Double-click the header to activate the header/footer view. In the header for a page where you do see the watermark, select it and copy it with Ctrl+C. Then click inside the header on a page where the watermark is not available and press Ctrl+V to copy it in place.
