I had to cancel my subscription on the day it had renewed. I sent an email. Sara could not have been more helpful. My subscription was canceled, and I received an immediate return of the fee. Error in my ways! I was unaware that I had used the service in the past which voided out my free trail. I then subscribed again and was instantly billed for a full year. When I realized my mistake, I reached out via instant message to the support staff. The service was stellar at best. They assisted me promptly and corrected my dispute which was impressive to say the least and speaks to the integrity of this service.
