Good site/product. The only thing that bothers me is that is seems like when you email from the application (rather than save to your computer and forward) it seemingly wants the recipient to "buy" PDFfiller in order to print or use the pdf. I might have this wrong based on a hurried initial exchange.

I liked the access to all the forms. It was great. And as I tried to do ever more complicated things with the forms (strikethroughs, initialing the corrections in random places, etc.) I learned more and more about the tools the platform has. It has just about everything you could imagine.

Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. Service only needed once
I'm in my 89th year and only needed to send in the form once...I didn't know that I was subscribing to ongoing service. I live on Social Security supplemented by savings so I can't afford $96 per year for a service I only needed once. Thank you for the time I did need you.

I signed up for a trial and forgot that the annual subscription kicked in a month later. Subsequently, I realised that I have no use for the service/product. PDFfiller was kind and understanding. They responded almost immediately and refunded me without hesitation.
