Subscription and refund
I Had £91 taken out my account for a subscription that i didnt know i had and could not afford, I went on the live chat and spoke with Maria, i told her my issues, she went above and beyond to help me.
She managed to cancel my subscription and issued a full refund she was an amazing agent

This program is new to me...so far no…
This program is new to me...so far no issues. Well one small one. when I used a different device, it asked me to verify with a code. they gave me the code but it would not let me type in the code. Howervr I was sill able to use the program without the code.

I love this program easy to use platform. As a student this has been my all in one solution. This is a one stop shop program. Seems like every need as far as documents legal forms can be found here. For myself I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to find a platform that handles all your needs. That really is to say the least I have yet to unlock all the features PDF has to offer. I had an excellent experience with this service. The product itself was very useful and allowed me to save and send my forms in a variety of formats, as well as esign, add text, dates, Xs, etc. I had an issue this morning with my account due to an error on my end, and was able to use the chat feature, which provided nearly instant support. They fixed the issue and sent me a confirmation email within seconds.

I've been very happy with this product! It has helped me tremendously file insurance claims and do work since my husband has been in the hospital since 5/30/20. I did the free trial but will be purchasing it for the year.
