I used the program and was happy with the software and results. However, due to my own oversight I inadvertently made an annual purchase which I would not be in need of. I noted this in my comments when rating the app. To my surprise and complete satisfaction the service team provided me a credit. They went over and above in addressing my frustration. What do you like best?
The best features are (1) the ability to easily import and that it converts with accuracy and (2) the ability to manipulate doc - more specifically merge, edit, copy, etc.
What do you dislike?
The only feature that does not seem intuitive at times is the folder structure and how the files are organized. When editing a doc it will always move a doc to the top because it is the most recently viewed or edited doc - but this sometimes makes it confusing. Similar to Outlook, it would be nice to have easier drag and drop feature for organizing the docs.

This is a quick out of the box product, overall very intuitive and easy to use.

I simply just love it....
I can use it on the GO and there is no need for me to have a printer.

I needed to edit a pdf file that was very long with only few corrections so this program was great.
It was so easy to use...I especailly like the erase too and then the size too to make the correction look good.
nothing.. I liked the entire program. I thought the cost was a little high as I only needed the program for a few weeks and wont be needing it again. So a lower fee for a weekly or monthly use would be good and you may get more users that way too
