The initial setup went smoothly. Once I figured how to save the documents with the correct name after duplicating the original form, I had no problems.

I had to provide a Care Providers Log Sheet and there is no such thing for In-Home Care Providers. Long story short PDF Filler allows me to change and make one that I could use for MONTHLY.

Great Experience and Efficient PDF's
I only needed to use it for a few items I needed to update. The experience was easy and great. I enjoyed using it for what I needed in the moment. Once I cancelled my subscription they handled it promptly and professionally. If I am ever in need of PDF services again, I will definitely consider their services and so should you!!! sometimes the app freezes and takes a few minutes to load which can be inconvenient when files are needed quickly. Also some features also drag for example the signature portion. Overall great app which I use daily for my work.
