Experience was OK. Site is not clear on how to change type size and document size when filling in form. Also don't appreciate having to use PDFfiler and pay for a subscription just to save my document and print a copy. It contradicts your advertising for a Free service.

Very professional, highly recommended.
I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Efficient service
I had great service and very efficient. I was asking for a refund ,which I thought I wouldn't get,to my surprise Pdf filler has given me the refund and it should be in my account within a few days. The sales assistant who I was emailing is named Phoebe. Phoebe made the whole process a breeze and was very polite.

The system was quite user-friendly, however the quality of the initial edited documents was poor, with a green tinge appearing behind the altered text. A note to Paul at customer service had a solution identified, which solved the problem.

It was wonderful to use so I didn't have to go to town to fill out the particular paperwork i needed to turn in. The only negative was I thought I was in a 30-day free trial period, and I was charged two separate charges, though they were very small, but yet I was charged.

As an inexpensive and simple tool for signing documents digitally, pdfFiller is unrivaled in value compared to other solutions offered by Adobe and others. Our company uses pdfFiller constantly to compose property deeds for our owners. We also prepare a variety of documents for our Board of Directors to sign conveniently since they are not onsite always.
It does cost more money in monthly subscription fees to have faster access to customer service. At the first time we experienced a technical problem and needed a question answered we did not have the service tier that afforded same-day replies from customer support. This was an inconvenience, but we have since upgraded our services.
