Love the software but a bit of a brain surgery to start with each new document. The links, steps and path for loading and working on documents need to be highlighted better for new users. Probably makes great sense to the programmer but new users have to hunt for the next link or button to click.

Good product for the money this product is well priced which is great for a startup business. The accessibility of acord forms is a big plus. I do wish it had a few more features that would make it even better - like the ability to attach an email without having to save in pdf and upload - and having a task option for future projects would be so great. Ability to create and save documents required by insurance industry is a plus. I like being able to access the program from anywhere and being able to upload documents for client files. Does not have ability to do sub folders and wish there were a section for each client for notes for tracking of conversations. Also wish there were a calendar where you could add tasks with reminders.

I'm trying to setup guardianship for my Grand Children. Form completion worked well. Problem arose when I had to setup the second child. What's needed is the ability to have the app assign the file name.

I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. easy to use and there are a lot of options to have things mailed, emailed, faxed, etc right with a click of a button and entering information. It does have a fee for this BUT it is SUPER convenient so honestly its a very small price to pay to not have to worry about all the extra work i would have to do myself.
