PDFfiller review Excellent application, saves money as you don't have to buy additional software to edit PDFs. Thank goodness for PDFfiller, when you need to fill out PDF forms. Adobe Acrobat forces you to buy additional software to edit PDFs, but with PDFfiller, you can do it for free! It's easy to use, as all you need to do it drag and drop your document, then download it onto your computer or email it to yourself. I would be concerned about security, as this is an online application.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICIES Used PDFfiller for one document and forgot to cancel my trial subscription. As soon as I was billed, I contacted customer support for a refund and Anna from the customer support team did it immediately. The process was so swift that even I was surprised. Daniel I was disappointed to find that PDF filler had automatically charged me for a subscription I did not agree to. I felt very stressed when I saw the sum of money that had left my account this morning. I contacted the helpline via the chat service they offer on their website and I spoke to daniel. He was extremely efficient in his help and immediately refunded my payment and canceled my subscription. I would like to leave a 5 star review for the customer service I received despite my initial disappointment in PDF filler.

What do you like best? It is very helpful to be able to fill pdf's in. It also saves paper and time. I hate having to print a form out, fill it in by hand and then scan it into the computer just to turn around and email it. With pdfFiller I can do the work on my computer, it looks professional and then I simply save it and email it. I also like the fax option. What do you dislike? Sometimes I have a little trouble getting everything just where I want it. But the more I use it the easier it becomes. I feel that I will like it even more the more I use it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am solving the wasted paper and time. I am able to keep everything electronically. Forms look more professional. I do not have to pay a separate service for a fax line which I only use a few times a year, I fax straight from pdfFiller.
