I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. The only issue I have is that old documents that I thought would be saved are not. That is my issue, however, and not yours. Everything else is great.

PDF Filler is very user friendly compared to other available form typer software. After, downloading, I immediately began to fill in a job application and was able to finish expediently. Excellent tool!!!

I like the program It is not too complicated. The monthly fee is a bit too high I am not certain that I will be able to keep it past the free trial period. $20 per month is way off the mark; unless you have lots of cash flow. Just seems like $6-$8 per month would be more in line with the value of the product.

What do you like best?
Being able to fill in documents that were previously not fillable. Being able to file some tax documents through pdfFiller has been great also.

I haven't had any problems at all with pdfFiller
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filling out documents by hand did not look professional. Transferring the documents to pdfFiller & typing in the information is much better.

With a lower monthly fee, I can log in and have the capability to use the editing tools to update and sign my files with ease

I do wish that notification would go out to my email if or when the website is updating the platform

With any update that has adjusted the layout, I have been able to get ahold of customer service for clarification. Although the 24hrs wait for a response is frustrating

How do I lock certain fields in PDF?
With the form fields added to the PDF, right click on the Signature field you are wanting to edit and choose Properties. Then from the Signed tab, choose to “Mark as read-only” and select the fields you want to lock after signing. Finally, Close.
How do I edit a fillable field in PDF?
To edit a single form field, double-click it or right-click it and choose Properties. To edit multiple form fields, select the fields that you want to edit, right-click one of the selected fields, and choose Properties.
