PDF Filller Frendly Support Person
I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. It is a little bit confusing on how the program works. I have been trial and error learning so far. It would be nice to get more direction and not just comment bubbles.

Customer service is not so good
Pdfiler is awesome editing tool and really helps in composing forms/papers. But their customer service seems absent.

It met what I needed but there is a problem with text fonts. In my case I needed a specific font and I couldn't find it, it would be interesting if it were possible to include a new font.
