I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. I found this site by using Google. I then had a few questions that were resolved by chatting with an agent. The agent gave me a 3 day free trial. I was able to do what I needed and purchased a subscription.

I needed to find a template that I could use for Certified Payrolls for a small job we are working on. PDFfiller has helped me meet my deadlines. It also continues to help me as we work on this project by duplicating my existing Certified Payroll Form and updating it week by week so I do not have to retype information again. It lets me cut, copy, and paste just like I was working on a Word document; this feature saves me a lot of time.

We love the power PDFfiller gives us to export data filled in to be exported to Excel and manipulated. For the most part, it is a very intuitive program. There are some aspects of set up that are confusing, but customer support is GREAT, QUICK, and seemingly PATIENT. We are very happy so far with its performance.
