I love it, it's more user friendly and reasonable than Adobe filler and keeps changes, doesn't always work that way with Adobe. The only thing is it needs alignment buttons, like center, left or right justified. Setting up new forms requires much counting spaces to center. Other than that am happy thus far with the program.

I may a few times a year need to use editing or signature for pdf document. I was able to use edit to blackout simply by using quick guide under "Blackout'. Very simple and easy to adjust for use.

Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! I have got to say during this time of a COVID-19 crisis, it's nice to have a service like this where I can just get the pdf's filled out and signed. It also makes for the reader on the other end to see it more clearly. I am an extremely happy customer and will continue to be for as long as COVID is here anyway.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
