Had to fill in a long medical form. PDFfiller makes it easy and a lot neater than my handwriting. Very easy to use
I like that it notifies me when someone has completed the document. I also like how you can customize the fields between numbers and dates which makes it fool proof. Support is very quick to respond and helpful.
I have been trying to set up a document to copy certain fields throughout so they do have to enter their "name" every time, but I have had trouble trying to figure it out.

Excellent Customer Support
I received quick email responses from costumer support and very fair and kind help - I wasn't aware of my subscription status and was billed for a full year. Because I didn't need the full year subscription, I cancelled my subscription and emailed customer support right away to let them know. I requested a refund and it was kindly granted. Mind you, I emailed them as soon as I got my billing notification from PayPal and my bank account hadn't been charged yet - but they made sure to refund me before I was charged! Many thanks to the helpful customer support worker.

How do I increase the size of a tick in Excel?
Right-click on the axis whose tick marks you want to change.
Choose Format Axis from the Context menu.
Make sure the Scale tab is selected.
Change the value to the right of Major Unit to indicate the multiple at which the major tick marks should appear.
How can I insert a tick in Word?
Place your cursor at the spot where you want to insert the symbol.
Go to Insert > Symbol.
Select a checkmark symbol to insert or do the following. Select More Symbols. Scroll up or down to find the checkmark you want to insert.
Double-click the symbol to insert it into your document.
Select Close.
What is the alt code for a tick?
Create a check mark symbol by pressing the Alt key and typing 0252 using the numeric keypad on the right side of the keyboard while still pressing the Alt key. After creating the check mark symbol, change the font back to the desired font for text in the document.
How do you type a tick?
After accessing the “Insert” menu, find the “Symbol” tab. From this section, choose the “Font” option and select “Wingdings”. The tick mark will be found at the bottom of the list. This can also be accessed from the “Start” menu under the “Character Map” section (within System Tools).
