It can be irritating. There are capabilities in the software that are not immediately obvious. You have to discover them without assistance. e.g. How to reduce font size where that is available.

The upside is that it's very efficient and expedites completing forms effectively. I have used other software and didn't find them to be easy to navigate or efficient.

The downside is that sometimes the text doesn't align when filling in forms I have to complete from other service industries. Also, when PDFfiller is the default PDF it does not print without having to refresh several times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is really good and does make my administrative work easier and less tedious. There are some quirks but when I have experienced them, the support received was expedient and exceeded my expectations.

This is the only app I can erase and…
This is the only app I can erase and fill-in easily so I love it. However, the signing function is glitchy so I use Docu or Adobe sign for that. Still, soooo worth it b/c of the Erase and Fill features.

Great Customer Service
I only needed the service for a specific period and thought I cancelled the service, until I was charged. I contacted customer service and gave every possible email address the service could be connected to, so I thought. None of those emails showed service connected to it, so they ended up submitting a trouble ticket. A few days later they contacted me to see if I was connected to another email address, and it was my husband's business, that I never thought about. Even though it automatically renewed, they responded that they would refund the charge.

Needed something to fill out a form in a hurry - it did recognise the fields, that's a plus compared with some others, LOL. Wasn't looking for any fancy features like faxing, but did the job. May only cancel IF I don't use it that much.

How do you put a line under a title in Word?
On the Home tab under Paragraph click the Borders icon (the same one used to change the borders of tables) and from there select Horizontal line which inserts a line with black color by default. To insert the title control go to the Insert tab and click Quick Parts, Document Property and then choose Title.
How do you move a line in PowerPoint?
Position the cursor on the PowerPoint slide. Press and hold the Shift key to keep your line drawing straight, then drag the cursor to form the line. Release the Shift key and the line appears.
How do you put a line under a header?
Double-click the Word header to enter Editing mode.
Click the end of a line and press “Enter” if you need a blank line on which to add your graphic.
Click the “Insert” tab and click “Shapes” from the Illustrations group.
Click a line format from the Line group.
How do you put a border under a header in Word?
To add a borderline to the header. (1) Click on “Home” on the toolbar, and then click on the “Borders” icon. (2) Select the layout of borders, you can select the first one “Bottom Border” to add a borderline under header.
How do I get rid of the line in my header?
Double-click on the header to starting editing. On the Home tab, click on More Options button in the Styles group. Select Clear Formatting in the drop-down list. After doing so, you will be able to remove the horizontal line in the header manually.
How do you put a line in a footer?
Edit the Footer.
Select Insert > Shape > Line > Line (yes, you select Line again from a submenu).
Use your mouse to drag the cursor and draw a horizontal line. To keep the line level, hold the Shift key as you do.
