I use the Sign Now that the availability comes with the Platinum pkg. I found that I have to keep resubmitting every document I upload...I have to refresh the page. Every document I send out I have to refresh the page again. I know to clean my cookies and Cache and I still have to refresh.

I love the fact that the clients can sign their documents as we wait instead of looking for an email or having to print it out sign it and then get it back to us.

Kara provided great tech assistance and she was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The 4 stars is for Kara. The company on the other hand... not so helpful. They are great at marketing their product but provide very limited and nearly useless resources for helping their subscribers troubleshoot issues and/or educating the consumer on the tools and functions of the product. The company YouTube channel spends about 30 seconds on "how to" and the remainder of the video is promoting the product. Seriously, every single video, watch for yourself. All fluff and no substance.

Great customer service and solid product.
I don't usually leave reviews, but this product deserves my time.
Works very well in filling PDFs. Typing, checking boxes (using the checkmark or "x" feature), filling out tables, etc. Saving and editing again works well, though it isn't entirely intuitive the first time.
Customer service was absolutely awesome! I realized, after signing up for a paid subscription, that I no longer needed the service. I cancelled online (or THOUGHT I did), but I must've had a glitch. When I got billed, I called and they issued me a refund no questions asked and zero hassle.
Customer service was incredibly helpful. Product was great for filling out multiple long pdfs that only had slight variations (saved a copy and changed only the fields that I needed). Easy to use and quick to learn.
I cancelled my subscription only because I realized I wouldn't be using it enough to justify the cost. Life changes!

Can you pay your lease in full?
Pay for the entire lease up front and save some cash. Some lenders will cut you a break on the lease interest costs if you pay for the whole lease up front. This option is often called a one-pay or single-pay lease. With these terms, your total cost over three years would be $12,600.
Can you pay for an apartment lease in full?
If you choose to pay the entirety of a lease upfront, there's no specific law prohibiting the practice. You may have to negotiate directly and sell your landlord on the benefits of paying your lease upfront. If you have credit problems, paying upfront may also ease your landlord's mind about renting to you.
Can you pay apartment rent in full?
In California a landlord is only allowed to accept 2 months of deposit (doesn't matter, if they're called deposit or last month's rent) in addition to the current month rent. So, the maximum sum a California landlord is allowed to accept for move in is a total of 3 months rent.
