Making the fillable PDF form available is the biggest asset and, with the signature and check-box feature the form is 100 percent complete and ready to print. This is a great product.

Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.

After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.

What do you like best?
It is a simple process to upload, fill out typed forms, e-sign, and save/print externally.
What do you dislike?
I have not been able to drag and drop from outlook '07. The additional step of saving a document locally and then uploading seems unnecessary.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a very intuitive product that can one can pick up and become proficient with little training or experience.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have been able to keep from printing countless documents that only need a quick signature only to be scanned in again and emailed out. There is a huge time saving as well being able to cut out those middle steps.

Easy to use, saves time Time utilized more efficiently, forms completed with step by step guidance, simple for beginners or working late hours, most documents are available in the library, folder organization, can add signatures all in one spot. PDF filler has a large library of documents, anyone can easily personalize templates, can prepare add signatures and finalize documents all in one step, saves time! It does not have version history. It automatically saves all changes, however comparing to old versions has to be done through downloaded pdfs

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app. At the top right, tap More. Bookmarks. If your address bar is at the bottom, swipe up on the address bar. Tap Star. Find and tap a bookmark.
Fire up Chrome, click the menu icon, point to Bookmarks, and then click Show Bookmarks Bar. Alternatively, you can press Ctrl+Shift+B (in Windows/Chrome OS) or Command+Shift+B (in macOS). After you enable it, the Bookmarks Bar appears just below the address bar with all your saved links.
Google Chrome You can also quickly open the Bookmark manager by pressing Ctrl+Shift+O. The Bookmark Manager opens on a new tab. Click Organize and select Export bookmarks to HTML file. (If you're importing from an HTML file you already have, choose Import bookmarks from HTML File.)
Open Chrome. Click the icon to the right of the address bar with the three dots (like a sideways ellipsis). Scroll down to Bookmarks and select Bookmark Open Pages. Click New Folder. Click the icon at the right of the address bar and select Bookmarks > Your Folder Name to open all of your saved tabs.
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app. At the top right, tap More. Bookmarks. If your address bar is at the bottom, swipe up on the address bar. Tap Star. If you're in a folder, at the top left, tap Back. Open each folder and look for your bookmark.
You can find your Google bookmark data in your Account info, under Data & Personalization > Download your data > Bookmarks. For Chrome-specific (Not Google Account) bookmarks, select “Chrome” in the Download your data page instead of “Bookmarks”. You can select to only download the bookmark data is desired.
