This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. So far so good. Easy to use anywhere since it is web based and I don't have to worry about which computer I'm using, whether at home, office, or other.

What do you like best?
The templates are really helpful. It can automatically be saved with new information.
What do you dislike?
The signateure date and initialling has to clicked for each time. Would like to be able to just click the option and repeat that option several times without selecting it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Can send out contracts and paperwork. Re-formatted the paperwork to be filled out electronically and it's much clearer.

Many of our forms require customization for each customer. The pdfFiller support team is very helpful

I would like more font options. Other then that I have no problems

Many times we need to make forms our own such as adding our logo. So we don't have to recreate the form or document.
