I used the *** filler and editing program for about a year. It was great and easy to use on a daily basis! Unfortunately, I no longer need to use this program since I have changed jobs. I was not able to access my account in order to cancel my subscription. But, the customer support team was very responsive and helpful. They helped me cancel my subscription on the same day that I submitted the request. Excellent service! Thank you!

I LOVE pdfFiller!!!! However it would be better if I could have a shortcut icon on my Desktop... it would make my life soooooo much easier. I need this ability from pdfFiller. Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.

Great customer support. I forgot about a 30-day free trial period because I didn’t use the app after registering and checking it only once. They took the money for the whole year through PayPal and when I explained the situation they helped me with the cancellation of my subscription in a half an hour.
