Thank you so much for the super prompt reply! I had somehow removed the date stamp from my digital signature and I could not figure out how to get it back on. Turns out it was a pretty simple fix (doh!). Kara responded super fast to my cry for help. She provided written instructions as well as a screenshot (very helpful!). My date stamp is back on. :)

Very useful app for editing documents! It is very easy to use on a desktop or mobile device. It eliminates the need for printing & filling in documents by hand! I have not experienced any features that could use improving while using pdf filler.

The recording fee for a deed might be $12 in one county and then $15 in another. Some agencies charge by the size of the document. For instance, a land record instrument might have a $60 fee for the first page, then $5 per page after that.
Recording fees: These fees may be paid by you or by the seller, depending upon your agreement of sale with the seller. The buyer usually pays the fees for legally recording the new deed and mortgage.
Deed Preparation This fee is for drafting the document that conveys the property from the seller to the buyer and states the warranties and rights that the seller is granting the buyer. In most closings, I find that the seller pays this fee, at closing.
The home buyer's escrow funds end up paying for both the homeowner's and lender's policies. Upon closing, the cost of the homeowner's title insurance policy is added to the seller's settlement statement, and the lender's title insurance policy is covered by the buyer before closing.
