I just was able to get the best service…
I just was able to get the best service ever from Paul. I found I did not use this service as much as I did in the past, but the automatic renewal of payment had gone through. I contacted CS via Support and received a FULL Refund and cancellation of Auto Pay with in 3 minutes flat. Furthermore, received an email with confirmation of my request!! Very useful and cool for filling out paperwork/forms online without having to print them out and scan, or changing the documents format to fill it out.

Getting started was not good. After I got the form on the screen, it was not centered on the monitor and extremely slow to go to next lines. I can't seem to print the form now that I am finished.
During my attempts to complete the form, a blank square appeared in the middle of the form. I could not erase the blank square, and it drastically blotted out data that was important. When I tried to get a replacement form, it was to no avail. I finally printed the form with the blank square in the center and filled it in with a typewriter. Based on that, I didn't try to use your system any longer. In general, I was quite disaplpointed with the results.

Communication & follow through on point.
Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and an effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it.
I accidentally signed up for the 1year subscription. I contacted the help desk, and advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month.
Their reply communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month, refunded the difference $114 and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you very much.
