I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. I was in a jam! Law School needed me to fill out three documents and sign them and return. The only problem was that I did't have a fax, or scanner. With PDF filler I accomplished my mission at a fraction of the time and cost.

Has many great tools, but a little difficult to navigate, not clear instructions. I am sure I am not utilizing half of the features, it is trial and effort, not all successes, but slowly figuring things out.

I want to start by saying that this program exceeded my expectations! It not only delivers on everything it promises but goes above and beyond. It is user friendly, very easy to navigate and to find the features I need regularly such as text and erase
What do you dislike?
Nothing that stands out. Again I use it every day and it has greatly reduced time spent on admin work

Good Software - I would recommend to others
Good software. Did what I needed it to do. The layout could be a little less cumbersome, kind of busy when you look at the screen, a lot of icons/pics and made a simpler to navigate.
