The service works well and is very convenient, however I was disappointed by the way I was able to complete an entire form but was not advised it was not free until the form was completed after spending a couple hours working on it. Since this is a pay service, the consumer should be advised immediately upon accessing any forms on an internet search. In order to preserve my work, I had no choice but to subscribe. Perhaps you should market a new service that charges by the document. I would have gladly paid for that up front. The service itself works very well.

Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. I did not like the fact that when you decided to make it a service that charges you money, there was no warning. It forced you to pay if you wanted to keep your documents. I'm past that now and I am really ENJOYING it now that I am a paying customer.

A good product
A good product. You'll have to sign up for the service if you want to save your doc, but they have a free thirty day trial, so it's not so bad. Allows you to edit documents in a relatively user-friendly and intuitive way. No real complaints, but it also didn't blow my socks off or anything, so 4/5.

What do you like best?
Super easy to navigate. I am a custom cabinetmaker, and I use this to markup blueprints all the time.
What do you dislike?
Really no downside. I do find it takes a long time to merge docs, but that's really no big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E signing docs. Editing PDF's that were sent to me on my computer without having to scan the doc is amazing

What do you like best?
The templates are really helpful. It can automatically be saved with new information.
What do you dislike?
The signateure date and initialling has to clicked for each time. Would like to be able to just click the option and repeat that option several times without selecting it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Can send out contracts and paperwork. Re-formatted the paperwork to be filled out electronically and it's much clearer.

Not sure how I "subscribed", yet PDFfiller honoured their policy of full cancellation and FULL REFUND.
I'm IMPRESSED !!!
The went further and added an offer of a further FREE TRIAL.
If their products are as good as their service, I'll definitely intentionally subscribe at some stage in the future ... after South Africa's political siege they call "Lockdown".

How do I change security settings on a PDF?
Locate and open the PDF document on which you would like to change security settings.
Click the “Tools” pane, select “Protection,” choose “Encrypt” and click “Encrypt with Password.” If you just want to change security settings, choose “Manage.”
